What is EasyLocker?

EasyLocker is a store where you can rent a locker, easily store your luggage and items, charge your devices, and MOVE LIGHT!

Where is EasyLocker?

Easy Locker is in the heart of Prague, 100 meters by Charle’s Bridge and Malostranske Namesti.
EasyLocker is located at Prokopská 625/3, 118 00 Praha 1.

What are your opening hours?

EasyLocker is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

How to deposit my luggage at EasyLocker?

Online:
Go back to the home page, click "Book online".
Fill in the fields, pay with your credit card; you will receive an email and a text message with your locker number, the code to open it and the booking summary.

Directly at the baggage deposit:
Using the simple touch screen, choose your locker, pay with your credit card. You will receive an email and a sms with the number of your locker, the code to collect your luggage and the booking summary.

How long can a rental last?

From a minimum of one hour up to a maximum of 5 days.

I have a problem with the locker, how can I contact you?

Can I change or cancel my booking?

No

If I have booked a locker, and I do not need it anymore, can I get a refund?

No. The reservation is not refundable under any circumstances.

I forgot something inside the locker. Can I reopen it without ending the rental?

Yes, up to 30 minutes before the end of the rental.

Is my luggage safe?

Yes, your luggage is protected by a 24h video surveillance system.
Also - INCLUDED IN THE PRICE - each piece of luggage is insured up to 5.000 CZK incl. VAT and including the price of the luggage itself.

Can I pay cash?

No. Payments must be made by debit or credit card only. Cash payments shall not be accepted.

Can I change the size of my locker after the booking?

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible. You undertake to check the locker’s dimensions before rental.

What happens if I collect my items from the locker after my rental period has expired?

You must pay an extra cost, over and above the fee payable, of 50% for each hour of delay. After payment has been made, you may open the locker and collect your items.

What happens if I don't collect my items from the locker within 12 hours of the rental period has expired?

Your items will be stored in a secure location for a maximum of 5 calendar days. You will be required to pay administrative and handling fees of 900 CZK and a storage fee of 600 CZK per day. We will determine the time for the collection of such items. For security reasons, any unclaimed item left by you will be destroyed 5 calendar days after the locker rental period has expired.

What happens if I request shipping?

If shipping is requested, you must pay all costs thereof up front. In addition to the shipping costs, which will be determined based on weight, measurements, destination and shipping method, you will be charged a penalty fee of 900 CZK.

What happens if I leave my locker open?

If you leave the locker open, you shall pay a penalty fee of 600 CZK.
