Terms & Conditions

By using the EasyLocker rental service — whether online via easylocker.cz or on-premises — you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Definitions

Provider means VENRATT s.r.o., Prokopská 625/3, 118 00 Praha 1, e-mail: info@easylocker.cz, tel: +420 773 044 175.

Customer means any natural or legal person who rents a locker from the Provider.

Services means the self-service luggage locker rental service at the EasyLocker premises.

Locker means the individual storage unit rented to the Customer for the agreed rental period.

2. Booking & Rental

Reservations may be made online or directly on the premises. No appointment is required for walk-in customers.

Rentals are available from a minimum of 1 hour up to long-term rentals. Contact us for long-term rates. The rental period begins when the Customer first opens the locker.

The Customer may open and close the locker freely during the first 2 hours of the rental at no extra charge. After that, the locker cannot be reopened.

If luggage is collected after the rental has ended, the regular hourly rate plus a 50% surcharge applies for each hour of delay.

3. Payment

All payments must be made by debit/credit card or approved mobile payment. Cash is not accepted.

Completing a card payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

A receipt is issued for every transaction. Prices include VAT.

Insurance via Assicurazioni Generali SpA is included in every rental at no extra charge.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items must not be stored in the locker:

  • Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
  • Illegal substances or controlled drugs
  • Perishable food or substances with strong odours
  • Animals or living organisms
  • Flammable, corrosive, or hazardous materials
  • Items exceeding the insured limit of 5,000 CZK

The Provider may inspect and remove prohibited items. The Customer is liable for any damage caused by prohibited items.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer must ensure the locker is properly locked after each use. If found open, a penalty of 600 CZK will be charged.

The Customer must verify locker dimensions suit their items before rental. No refund is available if items do not fit.

The Customer must respect other customers and keep the premises clean and orderly.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, the Customer has no right to withdraw from the rental contract.

No refund shall be issued for cancellations, regardless of reason or timing.

All purchases are regulated by the Consumer Act of the Czech Republic.

7. Uncollected Items

Items not collected by the end of the rental will be stored securely for a maximum of 5 calendar days.

Administrative fees of 900 CZK plus 600 CZK/day storage will apply.

Items unclaimed after 5 days will be destroyed for security reasons.

If shipping is requested, all costs plus a 900 CZK penalty must be paid in advance.

8. Liability & Insurance

Every rental includes insurance up to 5,000 CZK per item via Assicurazioni Generali SpA.

24-hour CCTV operates in all locker areas. Liability beyond the insured amount is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The Provider is not liable for force majeure, prohibited items, or failure to lock the locker.

9. Personal Data & Cookies

Your personal data are processed only to provide the Services. We never sell data or send spam.

Data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679.

10. Online Acceptance

By using EasyLocker — online or on-premises — the Customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes shall be resolved before Czech courts.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
